✦ The Custom Order Process

1. Submit your enquiry — use the chat button on this page or contact us directly. Tell us your intention, desired form, size, stones, and any details you have in mind. Include your date of birth if you would like us to apply our ancient astrological crystal matching system to your piece.
2. Consultation & quote — we will review your request and come back to you with a detailed quote covering materials, artisan time, and production. We will also make crystal recommendations based on your astrological profile and our knowledge of sacred geometry if you would like guidance.
3. 50% deposit to begin — once you are happy with the quote, we require a 50% deposit payment upfront before your artisan begins the design and pouring process. This confirms your order and secures your place in the production schedule.
4. Design & production in Batuan, Bali — your piece is individually hand-poured by our Balinese artisans. Depending on complexity and size, production typically takes 2–4 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
5. Balance payment before shipping — once your piece is complete, we will send you photos for approval. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipping. Shipping is calculated separately based on the final weight and dimensions of your completed piece and your delivery location — this will be quoted to you at this stage.
6. Shipping & delivery — your piece is carefully packaged and shipped from Bali with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination.
